On Monday night, a new episode of Teen Mom 2 aired on MTV. In case you missed it (and Jeremy Calvert’s debut), here is what happened!
Leah Calvert
Jeremy and Leah have been talking on Facebook, and he asks for her number. After much debate, she texts him her number, and he immediately asks her out! Leah is very gidd,y and it is great to see her so happy, making plans for her first date since the divorce was final. While the twins are with Corey for the weekend, Leah and Jeremy have their first date: go kart racing. He opens up about his job and how he is away a lot of the time, Leah opens up about her life. Jeremy admits that he did some creeping on her Facebook and has seen pictures of the twins. Shockingly, he knows Corey as well and has even been to dinner with him! However, that was a onetime thing, and they aren’t close. When the weekend is over, Leah starts her first day at school, but it is obvious she misses her girls. Since it is her first day, she is pretty shocked to learn she has a package waiting for her in the office. When she gets there, she is greeted with a big bouquet of flowers! After taking them to her car, she reads the card and realizes that they are from Jeremy!
Kailyn Lowry
Kailyn goes out with her friends, and Jordan is a little upset that there may be guys there. It seems that after Kailyn cheated on him with Jo, he is a little insecure about their relationship. The two sit down and talk about their relationship, and even though they decide to take a break, Kailyn reveals she isn’t going to change their Facebook relationship status from “in a relationship” to “single.” She goes out with her friends and realizes that she doesn’t really miss Jordan that much (at least not when she is out with friends). She and Jordan are supposed to go out and try and work things out, but Jordan decides to hang out with another girl instead!
Chelsea Houska
Adam says he has his reasons for leaving and that Chelsea can blame her dad for it. As a result, she confronts her father, and it is obvious that Papa Randy isn’t a fan of Adam. He thinks that Chelsea is being used by Adam, but Chelsea says she liked that Aubree got to see both of her parents. After a heart-to-heart discussion (and Randy calling her an “Adam addict”), she contemplates that moving on may be the best thing. Adam goes to get some tattoo work done and opens up about his relationship with Chelsea. Although he admits he gave Chelsea a promise ring, he says that he ended up calling it quits and plans on remaining single (in his defense, he does say that he misses having Chelsea and Aubree around all the time – but only in the day). She decides to get a dog (a pug, of course!) to help fill the void of Adam being gone. However, that doesn’t really help and she is still sulking over him being gone.
Jenelle Evans
Jenelle makes a pact with Tori to not smoke marijuana. She writes a letter to her probation officer letting her know why she deserves another chance. Even though she has messed up, she seems to want to clean her life up for Jace. After dropping off the letter in the mail, Jenelle decides to take her mind off of things, and she and her mom throw a birthday party for Jace. It is sad to see only the two women there and none of his friends, but as he digs into his cupcake, he doesn’t seem to mind! After that, Jenelle and Jace play on the slip and slide. It is nice to see them interact since it isn’t seen too often on the show. After a great time with her son, she finds out that her probation officer is giving her a second chance.
