As time passes after the breakup of Paula and Mike Sorrentino, he is still unable to stop what the roommates call her “stalking” each night at the club.
The final season of Jersey Shore is ready to come to a close next week.
Will there be a resolution to the Paula and Mike on again, off again relationship?
While The Situation is physically sober, he still has trouble committing to a position. If he blows away Paula there is no hope of him ever hooking up with her again.
If he doesn’t, she will continue to haunt him when he sidles up to new girls at the club.
In last night’s episode Paula was once again dressed to the hilt, circling and watching Mike as she has on other nights since the official breakup.
Paula used to be this sweet, understanding girl who allowed Mike to come and go as he pleased.
The moment he decided to make it official Paula turned into someone he’d never seen or heard. She wanted to make plans, hang with the roommates and trade dirty jokes with the guys and occupy Mike’s time, all the time.
After the breakup the tanning salon employee has refused to take no for an answer, because Sorrentino won’t really say no.
In last night’s episode Paula resumed her stalking behavior by physically getting in between Mike and girls grinding on his crotch or nuzzling him.
When she told Mike it was OK as long as it was her he was thinking of, Sorrentino took the easy way out and told her it was.
When he leaves Seaside Heights forever, will Paula follow? Should he just give in and stop his stray cat behavior?
Two other developments of note from last night’s show. Deena got Snooki to go and audition for new Meatballs and Pauly D finally brought someone home for a hookup.
What took Deena and Snooki so long to run the Meatball contest?
Deena could have had company all summer long. She found willing participants and three contestants passed the test.
The problem was that they trailed her back to the house and thought they were becoming part of the cast of Jersey Shore. Ain’t happening.
As for Pauly, he announced he was about to end his drought and did so with he approval of Sammi. She said proudly, “That’s my boy,” as she listened to the bed creaking.
What could possibly be on tap for the finale? Will the producers splice real time footage of the devastated communities of the Jersey Shore? Tune in.

Even though The Situation made it unofficial with on-again, off-again girlfriend Paula Pickard after only a few days together, that doesn’t mean that they can’t flirt and flight whenever they see each other at Karma.
In a weird way, these two act more like a couple when they’re, well, not a couple.
In the clip below, Paula makes the mistake of asking The Situation, who at that point was just a few months sober, to hold her drink at the club. Like the responsible recovering alcoholic that he is, he refused, knowing that just holding alcohol can be a major trigger.
They get into a little spat, and Deena Nicole found herself picking sides. Watch the video to find out whose, and watch poor Paula apologize profusely!
The Situation and Pauly D both made $150K per episode for Jersey Shore Season 6, but apparently, one of them is still doing better than the other.
When Snooki, Sammi,Deena Nicole, and JWOWW appeared on Watch What Happens Live last week, host Andy Cohen asked the Seaside ladies if Pauly or Mike is richer. All four of the guidettes immediately said Pauly.
It looks like DJing around the country brings home the bacon! Are you surprised at the girls’ answer? Let us know in the reaction buttons below.
